Pros

Working with my Swati Tech was an incredibly positive and enriching experience. The leadership was supportive, professional, and always encouraged growth and innovation. I was given meaningful responsibilities, trusted with important tasks, and felt truly valued as a team member. The work environment was respectful, collaborative, and motivating. I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a well-managed organization and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional and rewarding workplace.

Cons

That said, like any workplace, there were a few challenges. At times, communication across departments could be improved, and workload during peak periods could become intense. However, these issues were manageable and often came with valuable learning opportunities. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend the organization for its strong leadership and growth-friendly environment.

Pros

you get high sugar tea twice a day

Cons

so where do i even start it's a company run by a son of a healthy man who has zero real life experience very toxic environment they make you feel like crap, you never know when the company stops paying you the salary, no job security you can be fired on the spot by the CEO if he doesn't like the way you look at his general direction and then you will be escorted by his men from the accommodation as well, you will be required to know the unknown technologies and tech stack of the projects they downloaded from a random github and you need to be able to know the business logic from the thin air otherwise YOU WILL BE FIRED, they don't know what they want but they want it NOW, you look for an other opportunity on LinkedIn be careful if they find out you're FIRED, i can write a book but you get the general idea so stay away have some mercy on yourself here you'll find out unemployment is not that bad after all.
