      - flexible Arbeitszeiten und großzügige Möglichkeiten zu HomeOffice - modernes Umfeld sowohl kulturell als auch räumlich - attraktives Gehalt - großes Vertrauen in Mitarbeiter - viele Benefits (Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten, BikeLeasing und natürlich Obstkorb, Kaffee, Tee) - durchdachtes Onboarding - Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten sowohl intern (alle paar Wochen, freiwillige Basis) und extern (Online, Sprachkurse, etc)

      Cons

      - Bewerbungsprozess gut organisiert und meist schnell, aber hat aber viele Stufen und kann am Ende anstrengend sein - Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten stark auf IT/Programmierer ausgelegt

      Pros

      Great environment, strong technical skills from the team members & high-level of motivation to improve the lives of scientists & re-define the concept of time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC).

      Cons

      For some projects we could use some additional bandwidth/humanpower so we can grow further and be known by scientists in the industry even more.
