Pros

I worked there in 2020 for 6 months. It was a lot of work, I was not allowed to work remotely even though some people were allowed to. I needed the Canadian job experience so in that sense it was good for me but definitely not a place to work long term if you have career goals.

Cons

Minimum wage pay at the time I worked there so I had to pick up a lot of extra hours to make up.

Pros

Interesting work for a communications engineer CEO is a great CTO

Cons

CEO should be a CTO. He micromanages whether he knows what his talking about or not. Other than engineering, he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Blames everyone else for his mistakes. He’s very rude to employees.
