Employees are not valued - the senior management creates an extremely toxic workforce. Everything seems like rainbows at first; however, the company only values their online image and asks employees to write reviews on Glassdoor to hide some of the true experiences from employees within the company. That said, there is no freedom for employees at a lower level to express their thinking when it comes to strategy. The senior leadership will not change their thinking for best practices (they have been using the same best practice for YEARS) even though the marketing landscape is constantly changing. They will then impose their thinking on you without allowing another POV. Your POV is your most valuable trait in the industry, and you are not encouraged to flex that at Superbolt. If there is an expedited client pitch deliverable (expedited because the senior leadership cannot create realistic timelines with clients), the associates are expected to work on the decks beyond work hours or even over national holidays. This would be fine if the leadership team was also working on these decks; however, the leadership team takes their time off and enjoys the holidays.
