Pros
Sunlife is a great place to work, the company takes culture and well-being seriously and a lot is organised to keep employees safe, engaged and happy at work. There are amazing Christmas parties but also a good variety of other events (Summer Away day, quizzes). Good opportunities for training and generally relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to ask questions and learn from others. In the Data and digital space a lot has been going on in the last few years. There are good opportunities to take initiatives and make a mark in those teams. Good bonus scheme. Working from home was always ok and the company was quick to adapt to the Covid situation.
Cons
The bonus scheme is great but the base salary can stagnate if you stay in the same role.
