-Laid-back and open teaming environment -Helpful staff and senior level executives who care about your success -Good benefits (PTO, 401K match, health insur., end of year bonuses) -Flexible with hours, no one is breathing down your neck if you don't show up to work at 8 and leave at 5. Just get your work done. -Opportunity to advance is rich

-Wish there was more focus on design fundamentals. -Project teams are not equally balanced and sometimes leads to one or two people carrying the weight of the team -More learn as you go environment, not enough training or one-on-one time with senior level execs in order to train intern-level staff.
