Worst Job I’ve Had - Analyst Streetsense Employee Review

The pay is way below market. Accepted the job because the company seemed fun and innovative. Turns out their business model is to acquire lots of small businesses that specialize in different areas they’d like to get involved in. This means there are tons of people at the top who come into the company all having owned a business/supervising/direction/etc. It causes a ton of bloat at the top and a bunch of people who are visibly catty and competitive. There’s so much in-fighting and bickering it feels like high school. Add low pay to the mix, no thank you. This place sucks.
