Neurotic, immature, unprofessional CEO that lacks basic business sense and possesses an overinflated ego of himself. The CEO might know technology but he has no clue how to run a business. It is a great place to work for friends and family. People aren’t hired because of their skills and abilities but because they are friends and family of someone already working there. Company has no directional leadership and a C-suite full of incompetent people. The overall culture is toxic. Lot like being in high school the way people act.
