      Pros

      I moved over from PwC after the integration and my projects have been much more exciting and cutting-edge. Clients recognize the value of the Strategy& brand as well as the benefit of having the PwC execution team to bring the strategy to life. The culture and work / life balance is better than I experienced on the PwC side.

      Cons

      Strategy& is still trying to distinguish its brand among the likes of MBB but I believe the quality of the partners / staff and the active re-branding as a "strategy through execution" firm will help it do so over the next couple years

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
