      Amazingly intelligent yet humble people. Incredible development opportunities. Quite simply you will never stop learning and everyone is willing to help and wants you to improve.

      Cons

      The hours are long, and the work can be very demanding. The travel can be exhausting as well, but there is the ability to negotiate this.

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
