Pros

Not really any in all honesty except being able to make good money if you are successful in the job but from my experience that didn’t outweigh any of the negatives which is saying something.

Cons

They have no care or regard for employee welfare despite trying to give that impression for obvious reasons. Once you are deemed to be not ‘optimal’ even if for a month, due to personal reasons or anything that decent human beings would care about they are quick to show you the door but also lie to your face and break promises repeatedly about giving you the opportunity to improve. The culture is extremely toxic and nobody has your back not even your direct line manager even if they give the impression you are friends outside of work they will back stab you to climb the ranks themselves. This is just from the internal side of the company. Regarding their practices with clients they regularly lie to and deceive clients about how much effort and resources they are putting in to a search which is illegal funnily enough. All this is coming from somebody who performed in their time at the company yet I still barely have a good word to say. Avoid at all costs, don’t avoid recruitment, avoid this company and any of its sister branches.

Pros

The culture is one of the biggest strengths. People are competitive but supportive, and even though the role is pretty individual, there’s a strong sense of team, which really helps when you’re new, because it feels like people genuinely want you to do well and are there for you when things get tough. Incentives, trips, and socials are really cool. Newer people get chances to get on bigger incentives, so it doesn’t feel like only senior people benefit. I really cared about the career path before starting, and now that I’m here it feels clearly laid out. It’s easy to understand what you need to do to hit promotions. This is very much a sales role, and they want people who are looking to build a career, so if you know that going in and are willing to work hard, you can definitely achieve that here

Cons

Nothing I didn’t know going in, but the role isn’t easy. It's like a sales role, so results matter and there are targets
