Owners are decent people. Benefits are ok. Nurse on site. Work life balance is optimal if you don't mind smaller paychecks.
Cons
A lot of people act like they're better than everyone. Immature and rude leadership. Layoffs in the last few years have left people cynical and competitive. No vacation to start.
