Fattmerchant - The Good Kind of Fatt - Sales Stax Employee Review

Being part of the Fattmerchant team has changed my life immeasurably. I joined the sales team a little over 2 years ago and being part of this team has been rewarding in ways I couldn’t possibly have imagined prior to joining. Nowhere that I have worked before has had such a tangible sense of family. Every single member of the team is valued equally and with significance. It honestly does feel as much a family as it does a team, and I am proud to call myself a member of the Fattmerchant family. In large part the sense of unity at Fattmerchant is because of the leadership. The care that they have for every member of the team is like no place that I have ever worked. The support received from leadership is endless, and there is a sense of drive that comes from a place of teamwork, rather than any pressure being placed on the individual. I’d be remiss to not mention the actual aesthetic of the office, to put it plainly… *Heart Eyes emoji*. It was very strange to me, coming into an office that feels good to be in, more than that it felt very strange to me, coming into an office that I actively wanted to be in. Even without the sense of community it's still a beautiful place to be, and the office perks are amazing. Happy hours, a gym, a cereal wall, a mini arcade… I could go on but I won’t. This was the easiest thing I have ever written. Simply because I care about Fattmerchant so much and that is because of the environment that the whole team has fostered. I count myself to be incredibly lucky to be part of that. It is no hyperbole to say joining Fattmerchant has been one of the greatest decisions of my life.
