      Great team to work with on the support side and other technical roles. Sales engineer role gives lots of flexibility. Owner is passionate about helping people and the software behind the company truly does save lives.

      Cons

      Most toxic company I ever worked for. Prepare for leadership to gossip and name call in the open. Low wages for comparable roles. Owner mocks the idea of work/life balance.

      Pros

      24 years in to an entrepreneurial pursuit to leave every situation better than we found it. Requires always on, hard work to get people to see that the status quo just isn't good enough. The opportunity to learn how business should really be done, help people and make money doing it lends itself to all kinds of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Critical work isn't always easy, so not for the faint of heart.
