Pros

Working in energy business, helping people save money, opportunity to earn high commissions feeling good about quality installations and working with some great people until they move on or you do.

Cons

Fighting for your paycheck, never getting paid what you thought, "Finance Chop", ever changing commission metrics, an owner/principle that will always put accountability on you with negative results and himself when positive, DRIVING 1000 to 1500 MILES PER WEEK in your car and your gas to appointments that get worse and worse due to owner/principle refusal to adopt or develop additional marketing strategies. NO SUPPORT, NO CREDIT, SHORT CHECKS, SPIFFS THAT DON'T COME, TRIPS THAT DON'T HAPPEN, WORKING YOUR SELF PAST WHAT ANY NORMAL PERSON WOULD EVER EVEN CONSIDER FOR ALMOST ZERO PAY OUT! ~ AND FORGET GETTING YOUR LAST CHECK, I DID NOT! Always some excuse. Zero?

Pros

Awesome interview with a young man, nothing but positive energy from him and the building. Was promised hourly plus commission 15 to 20 an hr which i did receive. What you put in is what you get out plain and simple. I put a 110 percent and got paid 20 plus an hour. Great interview and great company.

Cons

NONE!!! It was a great job.

Pros

You will learn about alternative solar energy products, but very slowly. they want you to learn and sell the most profitable product for them-radiant barrier. A great product.

Cons

You begin the association with a lie- Hiring ad reads -sales position Salary and commision $1800 per week-Actually turns out commision only. All expenses yours.Paid on a Par sheet per product after finance fees and ony other expenses are deducted inclusding your commision- if there is an overage the a 60/40 split on difference(40 is yours).Failure to make appointment $200 fine, failure to call dispatch after appointment or wait for client 30min after appt time$50fine. You only find out about the fines after you commit the offense- no company information prior- You are basically a private contractor- but they want to be able to market ONLY COMPANY EMPLOYEES work here. Stay away!!!
