      Pros

      Working at Stasmayer has been a rewarding experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the respectful treatment from both leadership and colleagues. It’s clear that the company values its employees and fosters a culture of mutual respect. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and communication is open and constructive. I feel empowered in my role and appreciate the trust placed in me to make decisions and contribute meaningfully. Bonus, monthly lunches, frequent lunch and learns and company excursions.

      Cons

      Located in North Charleston, during the school year, the commute is rough sometimes.

      -Great benefits / quarterly profit sharing. Win together as a team. -Leadership is approachable and open to feedback -Very supportive and collaborative team environment -Flexible work arrangements and understanding management -Diverse client base keeps work engaging and dynamic -Fun team events and lunches!

      -Workload can feel heavy during peak periods -Commute to the office may be challenging depending on location -Occasional long meetings could be more focused
