      Always hours available, overtime can be a pro or a con. Easy to get promoted if you are good at your job. Adequate training.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Unimaginable turnover. Systems are inadequate, company doesn't concern itself with ensuring employees have adequate resources.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
