Pros

Free drinks throughout the day.
National living wage for under 25's.
Free bag of coffee/tea at the end of the week.
Good tipping service.
Really friendly staff.
Good hours.

Cons

Occasional rude customers.
Management is strict on hair (But have let me keep my lilac hair c:)
Can be extremely busy (I work in the largest Starbucks in the UK.)
Still learning how to make the perfect coffee.

Advice to Management

The only thing I would say is change the rules regarding the Dress code for hair as some of the staff would prefer a little more colour.

I worked at Starbucks (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great culture, visionary leadership, excellent benefits, and the best coffee! I have never worked for a company where the executives sat in the interior of the building and the customer facing employees were near the windows.

    Cons

The only con I experienced was a specific department struggling to establish itself. With high turnover, and being new to the business, it was difficult to feel supported and engaged as I had with prior roles within the company.
