you will be offered many new opportunities to take on new challenges in a very interesting product sector
Cons
if you do not watch yourself the fast pace and driven nature of the company will take over your life. fine while it's fun, but when it stops being fun you may feel you have been used. however it's your responsibility.

The people. The people I worked with every day became my family. Everyone is team driven, loves what they do (mostly), and loyal.
Cons
Upper management at headquarters didn't seem to care about other teams or departments that were not at headquarters. Not enough open communication between teams in different locations. Upper management held no respect for "underlings" or people who were not executives or directors.

I interview with this place about a week and a half ago. I think it went well and in the interview she said the next step would be a writing example, so I did that. Sent it to them the day it was due and haven't heard back since. She did say any next steps would be after thanksgiving since everyone was busy and their calendars full last week. I followed up on Monday with an email, but haven't heard back. Maybe it's taking awhile or should I try again end of week? I would at least like feedback.
