Management cares about your well being you are not a number you are a vital piece to the company.
Not many people get fired or let go, and if some people leave they tend to gravitate back to star rentals.

Cons
Technology is lacking. Sales books are in paper, and inside sales reps do not have email.
They need a CRM I help reps in the field, and harness the knowledge of an aging workforce (because of the tenured employees)
