Pros
Little supervision get to take home company vehical. Rarely have to go to the office so I get to avoid all the drama that goes on there. Good coworkers in the trouble department we all get along well and arent all out to get one another are bosses arent smart enough to know that much about what we do so they tend to leave us alone.
Cons
You can only be promoted if you are willing to stabe people in the back to move up. Management is full of idiots that dont have a clue what there doing. Has been going down hill ever since owner steped back and started taking a smaller role in day to day operations.
