Large organisation that stood the test of time. Great employee benefits. Great learning opportunities. Exposure to different disciplines and geographies since it is an international organisation..
Cons
Instability due to constant change in executive management. Lack of trust within the company. Although the company invests a lot on training the staff, it opts to use external contractors even where t could use own train, skilled and capable staff members.
