      Pros

      Working at Stanbic bank was Challenging and gave me a huge sense of accomplishment. the camaraderie in the bank was very supportive and encouraging.

      Cons

      There were no training opportunities and remuneration wasn't very encouraging for such a demanding job.Promotions are also veeeeerrryyy slllooooowww. Had it been better I would have stayed.
