Pros
As an intern, it was great. The company allowed me to speak to people in different divisions and encouraged innovation in my work. They gave thorough feedback and were friendly and inclusive.
Cons
They were downsizing that year so it meant my internship didn't lead to a full-time position in my desired division. I still had great industry experience.
