      Pros

      None, the Underwriting Staff was always reviewing one item or another, then it changed that same month underwriting either more or less!

      Cons

      Too many to say, and CEO tanked every company he has started and the management are all groveling to get the approval of the CEO. And to have a company from India review files, talk about risk for the company!
