Pros
When we paid wrong, this was often corrected immediately. Being such a large organisation, Spotless Services compensated us for staff parking at the airport which was good as many other companies at the airport would just take this out of their employee's wages.
Cons
We often had management visit out store at Perth Domestic Airport and criticise us loudly at the front of the store, on one occasion this was done so publicly that our supervisor was brought to tears and a customer who had overheard came up to let us know that it was unprofessional, she even put in a formal complaint for us. In April this year, with 2 weeks notice our team of over 15 people was made redundant. Though there was promise that the area manager would prioritize relocating us within other departments of Spotless, there was limited help given and to this day, only one of my former co-workers has been given a job.
