Pros
On the surface level Speed Shift Media isn't exactly a glamorous company. But have a moment to work with your department, get to know the people and dive into the culture and you'll learn to never judge a book by its cover. Management respects what you have to say and will take your opinion into action. Employees are nurtured exceptionally well and are utilized for their strengths and passion. Day-to-day vibes are very homely, with no strict dress code, time shift policy, etc. If you're the type that can be autonomous with their work yet work well with teams when need be, you're in the right place.
Cons
It's somewhat clique-y. Given it's small size and culture, you'll have to give some to get some. Not everyone is going to get the same exact "culture" experience as the other. Management can be stubborn sometimes but it's more so something that you can expect elsewhere.
