Poor Outlook - Anonymous employee Spectrum Diversified Designs Employee Review

I enjoy working at Spectrum. I feel respected and management is always accessible in the warehouse.

I do not have any at this time.

A FEW of the people in the warehouse were very nice. The shipping manager and the lady that was her backup were very helpful, and good trainers. They were very knowledgeable.

Upper management is a disaster. The warehouse is a mess. Employees told me when I started that no one had gotten a raise in over 2 years. Most of the month there is barely any work, and they make people go home, therefore we weren't getting even 40 hours. Then end of month they'd get very busy, and expect you to do a month's worth of work in a fee days. They make you feel guilty if you try to schedule any days off Worst place I've ever worked.
