Pay and benefits that are below average, within our industry. I hope Williams buys us out, but it looks like Energy Transfer is going to get us according to the press releases. My younger brother works for Williams and they have very strong benefits and pay. I have a friend that works at Energy Transfer and they also have below average pay and benefits.
