      Pros

      I really liked my store team and the products. Was a great opportunity to learn about visual merchandising.

      Cons

      You can really only get so far unless your store manager or anther's leaves. At the time, they were not transparent about the page ranges, so I was underpaid for a long time. I only started making $16/hour right before I left.

      I worked with a great management that was sensitive to family matters as long as you were responsible and accountable

      They only con in any retail job is the countless hours spent straightening up clothes, which is the only thing that I got tired of
