Never work for this company, they seal your IT Certifications and misuse them even after you leave with dignity!!! - Anonymous employee SoftwareOne Employee Review

SoftwareONE has the tendency to make you work like a dog first and then set expectations to get certifications. Later they move those certifications to other countries without people consent. When you leave the organization with dignity with notice period, they don't let you take your own certifications (studied and tested in prometric) with them. The worst news is that they are giving fake illusion to major companies that they have so many of them but reality is that most of them are no longer with SoftwareONE but their certification can be found in different countries all around the world to get a vendor status. The worst part is that during prometric testing they give Answer Dumps to study which is illegal. If you test 100% employees today, the result will be disasters!
