Pros
The best thing about SoftwareONE is the people. We have such an amazing culture here and people are forever willing to help anyone. It is not a daunting place to work and everyone is very approachable, including management. There is definite potential to grow and change direction and it is welcomed completely.
Cons
There is no proper on-boarding process and you are normally left to sort out training yourself. When training is provided it is normally done by someone within the business which is not a bad thing but structure and standardisation of the training would be best to ensure everyone is trained to an equal standard.
