      Pros

      Everyone is extremely friendly and truly a joy to work with. Coworkers always willing to help solve whatever crisis arises. Fun brands to work on.

      Cons

      Low growth potential, especially when considering salaries. Lack of transparency regarding layoffs from merge with Printful, after assuring employees that it would not affect us. The timing was questionable as well, right before year end bonuses.

      Pros

      Most of the people running the show are doing a horrible job, so it is not difficult to outperform them.

      Cons

      Top performers quit from stress. Several people have left with NO plan because of this. THEY make the rules and they are not equal.
