      Trying hard to build a Group wide culture. Employee feedback taken in to account. Good intentions

      Cons

      Structure of the company is very inefficient (mainly created to reduce operating cost), leads to lack of focus, functional boundaries where everyone is very busy but not working with the same purpose or direction.
