Pros
When I first started working at Skyflow. I couldn't believe that this company existed! I think a lot of companies like to advertise that they believe in work life balance, but once you really dive in to your role you find that this is not the case. At Skyflow there are so many supports in place to make sure that you have that work/life balance. Everyone that works here wants to be here, which is evident by the productivity and positive attitudes of everyone at all levels of the company. - Laid back company culture with a great sense of humor -- definitely feels like you are working with a group of close friends. I feel like I can show up and "be myself". - I truly believe in the vision and direction of the company. It's unique and the product is becoming clearly defined and is growing quickly. The team is intelligent and creative and I can't really think of a problem we couldn't solve. - Flat structure means you can reach out to anyone at any time without feeling like you are going above someones head. They are down to earth people working right alongside, and just as hard as everyone else. If you want to move up in this company, all you have to do is work hard and really hit those benchmarks for success. I love that there is a focus on each person's individual strengths and interests, and finding ways that we can really develop those skills in very practical ways within the company. If you are looking for a career and not just a job, this is a great place to work!
