      Pros

      I've been lucky enough to see Simpplr grow from small somewhat disorganized bunch to a highly focused team with a very mature product. I'm incredibly proud of this achievement. Working at Simpplr has been an amazing experience. I'm constantly learning, adapting and improving. Though of course, it's not always plain sailing :) I love seeing my fellow team mates expand on their job title and make the role their own. It's great to be at a company that actually believes in fun. There is plenty of opportunity for this!

      Cons

      Working at a startup and being super focused on success does tend to take over ones life a bit. Whilst the team is gender diverse, I would like to see more women within the lead management positions. It's not always clear why there is policy differences between USA / UK and Indian teams.

      Thanks so much for taking the time to share your perspective, and for the kind words. Diversity of team at all levels of the organization is critical to us. We are trying our best to add great women leaders to our management team. Most of our policies are same across US/UK/India teams except few due to country specific legal compliances. I will work with HR/legal to review our policies again and make them as uniform as possible.

      The company has a very good work culture with positive vibes all around. It’s a great place to grow in the software industry, with supportive teams and a collaborative environment. The work atmosphere is truly positive and encouraging

      They’re already doing a great job . Honestly, no cons to point out.

      Remote work, and maybe a cool backpack or a new manager that realizes how toxic things are and leaves right away making a statement for others to follow 👍💪

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Lack of leadership and incompetent interim roles constantly being filled. Steady financial decline.

Our broader employee feedback is positive to strong, and describes an environment that is collaborative, customer-centric, and hard-working . While acknowledging that, like all companies, there are some areas where we have room for improvement, of course. We take pride in having experienced leadership across the board, and a strong team in India that contributes hugely to our ongoing success. We also take pride in being financially sound, with a clear path to ongoing growth.
