Our Company places a high level of importance on ensuring our staff are trained to a high level in terms of the relevant knowledge, skills and systems to enable them to deliver successfully within their respective roles. Training is a regular feature and we have a dedicated resource to focus on this area to ensure employees are adequately equipped to deal with their work. We encourage colleagues to provide feedback on any improvements that can be made to training and when feedback is given, the necessary adjustments are made to ensure the training style and content is relevant. In relation to your feedback regarding (I assume) your Team Leader, I am sorry that you feel you have had this experience. I will discuss this with our Team Leaders, to ensure they take your feedback on board.
