      I've been working at Simplus for about 1 year. This company is Rockstar and I never saw a company like this who has a work-life balance, Teamwork and treat you like family.

      Most of the Employee are busy because of multiple tasks.

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Cons

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
