Pros

Multinational environment, welfare, smartwork (if your manager let you use it...), pay, possibility to travel, nice people working in. A good company, if you are not working in sourcing/procurement.

Cons

Managed like a SME, poor system intergration and low investments in digitalization. Sourcing department is understaffed, lot of good colleagues have left and are not replaced, people are burned-out (crazy targets and working hours), company is firing without prior notice, HR is absent, managers are driven only by politics and they have poor attention to people well-being. There are a lot of skilled colleagues working in, but managers give you very low autonomy and they love to micromanage. It is supposed to be a startegic sourcing role, but in reality you are doing the work of a junior buyer...

Pros

hybrid work schedule and location.

Cons

The Safety Director has a micromanaging leadership style and communicates aggressively, creating a stressful work environment. Tasks are frequently assigned at the last minute with little organization or clear direction, making it difficult for new HSE specialists to succeed. Within the first three months, the director attempted to heavily delegate responsibilities while the new hire was still learning the company, processes, and expectations, rather than providing structured onboarding and support. There is also pressure to “change” one’s personality or communication style to fit management preferences instead of valuing diverse working styles. The director would strongly benefit from leadership development and implementing better training protocols. Due to poor organization, unclear expectations, and lack of supportive leadership, the position has become a revolving door with high turnover. The company also has a reputation for terminating employees unexpectedly, whether they’ve been there 3 months or 30 years.
