Pros
There's such a great energy in this office. We are pushed and challenged every day, but it's balanced with a fun-loving culture. - HR benefits are great: PTO, Insurance, Etc. - Fringe Benefits are even better: fully stocked kitchen, massages, gym, location - Relaxed atmosphere - Opportunity for advancement - Part of something awesome
Cons
The only downside is being part of a large corp like Stamps can be difficult. The day to day feels like you're working at a startup, but then still have to work through red tape of the corporate world. Though, management mostly absorbs the stress of that, so we can stay focused.
