Pros
This company has so much to offer in terms of coaching and mentorship. I truly believe ShipCalm has some of the best minds in the 3PL industry and are great at making you feeling valued and appreciated.
Cons
The only con I can think of is there are a few stop lights on my commute home that are annoying and unavoidable (not really ShipCalms fault)
It's a great way to introduce yourself to the warehousing job environment. Not much cross training opportunity and advancement is non existent for all warehouse personnel. If you're looking for a start that's all you'll find here.
Cons
Heavy work load during holiday season, Understaffed consistently, turnover rate is quite high.
