      Pros

      Great leadership and experienced professionals. You will learn alot starting on day one. Fun and light hearted work environment. Learn and do your work to the best of your ability and you'll do fine. Everyone is willing to help you learn. They'll include you in meetings and you feel like part of the team.

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons. The on boarding process/training could use some refinements. I'd rate that as a neutral concern if I could. Not a major issue if you have any kind of experience.
