      Care for staff. good work-life balance. good leave policy Competitive benefits to employees

      Complex and dependent processes reduce the productivity of staff. Lots of rules and regulations in work locations. Poor appreciation level for the best things you do. Managers not taking your best things for appraisals they just worried about the other nonsesnse stuffs such as reusabilty,..... than your work.
