      Great company to work for. Pay is good, management very interested in employees as people.

      Some entry level positions so one can move from dept to dept not available because they're centrally located at corporate.

      Working at a Resort Community.

      Cons

      Unhealthy work environment, bias and toxic management. Survey employees to see jow the feel and like working at Shea Homes’s without managers seeing reviews so I can be an anonymous.
