I’ve worked with the talent team for a little while now and Jacinta and Blake are two of the most professional, human and strategic management I’ve worked under. Everyone feels heard and supported in our team, Jay is never too busy to give help and she always gives praise even for the little things which makes us all feel so motivated - she is very thorough and diligent and always gives fantastic feedback but she is real and leads through her own example as does all other parts of the management team which I love. I’ve not had a single day yet where I haven’t wrapped the day up feeling super thankful for this breath of fresh air dynamic. Compared to my last job it’s been super refreshing. The company runs on morals and respect and I have never felt so appreciated. I hope the managers of the talent side in EMEA get some hard appreciation because they are incredible, thank you thank you!!
