      No pros exist anymore at Setu

      Cons

      The leadership jumps and avoids the real questions. Strongly feel that even they do not know what business / market they are trying to be a part of, solely depended on Pine Labs to function as an organisation. They have been treating employees poorly - with lots of additional work and no increments to speak off.

      Leads and Managers don't give any orders, instead they offer help and also code solutions with you. Scope of Engineering Excellence and lean nature of information exchange.

      Cons

      Taking Ownership and delivering on it, if you are not ready to work hard.
