Pros
I was nervous leaving one of the largest management companies with a stable career of 4 years to a small management company. However, when I started the CEO was absolutely amazing and you can tell truly cares about her team and their growth. My Regional is supportive and gives advice that is helpful in my overall career! Sethi continues to prove to be an outstanding company and honestly better than the larger companies because you actually get to know the ownership CEO and CORPORATE team! They are people first and that makes everyday going to work that much better! Thank you Sethi for helping me find a career where I can continue to grow in and stay with for long term!!

Smaller company so still waiting for new perks such as 401k which will happen soon and different programs to make things a bit more convinient.
