      - Flexible hours - Competitvtive & Toxic culture - People get ghosted, and you never know when is your last day - Poor (toxic) management - Sale person has more say then the bosses

      Pros

      In this fast-pacing company, I learn a lot and practice a lot of data management and analysis. The atmosphere is very nice and everyone there is smart, creative, communicative, and friendly.

      Cons

      I can only work remotely and have never met my colleagues in person, which is a pity.

      learn everything on my own

      need work on AL and weekends weak security control for CMS and CMS always crashed doesnt have QA and QA always failed handle too many projects at the same time always rely on PT for most of the work while they dont have much knowledge very toxic work culture no HR briefing when on board no training at all
