Pros

I've been impressed by the supportive and inclusive work culture fostered by servicePath. The leadership team and colleagues alike are genuinely invested in each other's success, creating a collaborative atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected.

Cons

I am looking forward to acquire health insurance and government mandated benefits for PH based employees as this is something not implemented yet.

Pros

A great place to work if you love remote work. Also you get to collaborate with colleauges in different countries and timezones. I like that they care for staff well being and send us gifts sometimes

Cons

Despite it being remote, it is not a great work life balance place. You get overworked and you get looked down on if you complain. I also must add that they do love to hire and fire people, they will be nice to you when you join (like every company does) but before you know it, you are fired. I have seen it so many times happen and this keeps people on their toes and makes them work in fear. First of all CPQ is hard, its not a commonly used software so its normal for people to get very confused while doing their job right? But nobody will train you, you will have to survive not getting fired. Honestly, the job messes with my mental health but if you are strong enough, you will survive. My advice is, if you get the job, just find a side job on the side because they can fire you at anytime even if you are hardworking and doing your job.
