      Pros

      Competitive salary for SOME positions.

      Cons

      Management is very secretive. Ideas are NOT welcome. Very poor leadership from the top flows all the way down to the bottom. Working at Servatron is a JOB not a career. Don't expect a raise, and don't expect any appreciation no matter how much overtime you put in.

      Pros

      The facility is really cool and the work there is interesting. The people are skilled and friendly to work with. Compensation and benefits are as good as it gets in the area.

      Some old equipment around there.

      Good: played back, work was easy, and co workers were fine and great

      Cons

      High turnover. Poor communication being tossed in areas/ departments you either are not qualified for due to high turn over.
